Tips for a great visit
Entry into the park is recommended before 3.00pm, if you would like to see and do everything.
Don’t forget to bring your camera! We welcome the use of flash and video (there may be exceptions to this rule on the odd occasion).
There are various undercover areas around the park, however, please note that the park is predominantly an outdoors environment, so we encourage you to prepare for your visit, according to the weather forecast.
Upon arrival, you will be given a park map. We encourage you to follow the map around the park, so as not to miss anything. Directional maps and signage can be found all around the park.
Hint – many enclosures around the park house more than one species so remember to look carefully – top and bottom, left and right!
We thank you for leaving the following items at home… Pets, balls, frisbees, bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller-skates/blades, party accessories (these items have the potential to cause harm to the animals and/or other visitors).
Human food can be very dangerous for animals, so please feed only the food we provide.
Don’t forget to familiarise yourself with our Conditions Of Entry before your visit
Thank you and have a great day at Taralga Wildlife Park.
